The reconstruction of industrial building located in Keramiku street 2, Vilnius. The customer of this project is a pioneer and global leader of multicolored femtosecond laser manufacture JSC “Light Conversion”. The object is unique in its purpose - here are laser systems used in microelectronics industry and for medical purposes, therefore, the construction and reconstruction works were carried out very precisely, with a particular emphasis on cleanliness. During the reconstruction, the old building was demolished and a new factory building was built. Internal and external finish was done, engineering systems and networks were equipped, the site and access roads were adjusted, other construction works were performed. Manufacturing facilities, warehouses and research laboratories belonging to JSC “Light Conversion” were equipped in the new building.
